Understand how the practices are linked and the basic theory. Stage 2 Seated Meditation Let Cheryl guide you through a seated meditation using different techniques tailored to your group. There is also an option of experiencing a group breathing exercise. Stage 3 Gentle Yoga Stretching Finish the class with gentle yoga stretching to relive any tension from the seated practice. Stage 4 Q+A Have the opportunity to ask any questions about the practice and ensure you all leave with a solid understanding. 30 Euros Per Person up to 5.
